About Bill Miller
Bill Miller is the Owner of Power Strategies LLC and a seasoned executive with over four decades of leadership experience in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry. He has led large-scale commercial and operational organizations across North America and globally, with deep expertise in transformers, power systems, and electrical distribution infrastructure.
Throughout his career, Bill has built a reputation for aligning strategy with execution—helping organizations grow revenue, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen customer engagement in complex, technical markets.
Prior to founding Power Strategies LLC, Bill served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales for the Transformers Business at Hitachi Energy in North America. In this role, he led the commercial strategy and front-end operations for a $4.0B business, overseeing sales, marketing, application engineering, and customer service functions.
His leadership spanned a wide range of customer segments, including:

- Data center developers and hyperscalers
- Renewable energy companies
- Oil, gas, and chemical organizations
